Michael L. Neary, Jr. – President
Michael is a graduate of Southern Methodist University (B.S. – Economics with Finance Applications and BBA – Real Estate Finance) and the McCombs School of Business, The University of Texas at Austin (MBA). Mr. Neary started his real estate career in New York with Goldman Sachs before joining Bear Sterns, where he managed the Residential Mortgage Finance group’s collateral desk. After earning his MBA, Mr. Neary joined Q Investments, a diversified investment firm in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Neary returned to Dallas to join the Dimension Companies in Dallas, Texas in 2011, focusing on real estate development and finance.
Michael Neary – Executive Vice President of Business Development
Michael is a graduate of the University of Texas and attended Southern Methodist University College of Law. He has been engaged in large scale real estate development, brokerage and lending for over 35 years. Aggregate transaction volume is in excess of $10 billion dollars. In the early 1980’s he co-founded Commerce Title Company in Houston with Paul Broadhead, Buddy Herring and Ron Evans.
Amy M. Youngblood – Senior Closing Attorney
Amy is a graduate of Texas Tech University (B.A. – Economics) and Texas A&M University School of Law. Ms. Youngblood began her real estate career in Dallas with HFF, L.P. After earning her J.D., she practiced with two downtown law firms in the real estate transaction groups before returning to HFF, L.P. to run the closing department for both the Houston and Dallas offices. Ms. Youngblood then went to Chicago Title working as a Senior Escrow Manager. Ms. Youngblood has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate as an attorney, closer and escrow officer.
