About Us

Founded in 2016, Sentinel Title Company was organized by management and a group of investors comprised of major real estate developers and lenders focusing on commercial transactions. The founding management team has been in the industry for 40 years. We have closed billions of dollars in commercial title insurance policies.

In 2021, Sentinel began an expansion plan for residential transactions. We hired industry veteran, Paul Rogers, to lead this effort. Paul is building a quality team of veteran escrow agent/closers, led by Robert Salgado. We are opening additional offices later this year. Our mission is to provide a seamless closing experience for all stakeholders – buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders.

Sentinel is equipped to handle any type of transaction that requires title insurance.

Representative commercial transactions include The Katherine, Mallory, and MODA multifamily projects. Sentinel is also handling all the lot transactions at The Colony – Texas in Bastrop. Nine large regional and national builders are involved as well as the Project Developer.

In addition, Sentinel represents a national hotel lender and we have completed over $500 mm of hotel construction loans.
